As Time passes by...

Returned to my blog after a long time. Just realized that I had no posts this year. Not waiting further I am posting my recent illustration which I made for a cartoon competition. There is a forum where cartoonists post their toons and vote for the best just for fun. This seems a good platform to drag myself back into the world of cartooning. Hope this entertains.

Childhood cravings... smell of wet Earth.

A toon dedicated to childhood. Always used to ponder why you had wet earth cravings when you were a child and how I enjoyed eating it. And when you are caught, giant ones stuffing their fingers in your little mouth to flush out all that is left.

Glad I made it to the footy today!!!

This time I got lucky and applied a strategy.

 

Footy in Summer

Now that the Sun God has dawned on us this season, I am glad to get a chance to play football after many years of isolation. We are bunch of footy lovers who tend to take some time off their busy schedules to run around a ball. The way it works is, the first 10 people who reply to the email invitation for the game, get the chance to play. Rest are put into ths subs list. Anyone who doesnt play gets replaced by the person in the subs list. Once I was in the subs and there was a possibility of 3 people who had a meeting at the same time as the game and I thought I almost had a chance to play on that day. But it did not happen. All three decided to not attend the meeting.

So that got me into the toon mood and I published this:
